Refund / Return Policy

The purchaser of FlashFog may return the device for a 100% refund within 14 days of receipt, provided all conditions are met.

  • •Refunds valid up to 14 weeks to process, starting on the date we receive the returned device. If you do not receive your money back within 14 weeks please contact Arias Tech Ltd.
  • •No cash refund can be provided, purchases made by Credit Card Refunds will be sent back to the card charged.
  • •Any shipping charge from the first initial purchase will be 100% refunded.
  • •Any 2nd orders who visited within the 14 full day trial refund the shipping cost must be returned.
  • •The customer is responsible for return shipping cost for returns, even if under warranty
  • •Restocked item warranty is still 100% Money back Guarantee (only applies to brand new devices)

Reasons for non-refund or refund deductions

• Non-authorization refund requested:

We cannot offer full return on shipping, and it must be included as a returned device or return shipping order paid your company with cash. FlashFog 14 day trial refund cannot be considered as any return or exchange.

• Non-arrival of item, or lack of proof of arrival:

For your protection we recommend you insure the item for it's full commercial value and request signature or proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for not including the purchase of a device that we cannot confirm was returned to us.

• Packaging substitution or damage to the flashfog / packaging:

It is important to make sure you ship our original packaging void, and that all packing / protective plastic sheets are configured exactly as open arrival. We are advised there has been the changing but we are not packing.

• Fluid spillage:

Do NOT tip liquid inside the protection trough any flashfog unit found with liquid. Flashfog units inside the device and refund can be voided due to fluid spillage. We recommend that you are not ship your full check up to us.

• Damaged equipment:

If the returned device is damaged then any refund/exchange will be voided.
